Introspective Therapy offers 1:1 Coaching and Therapy to support your wellbeing from the inside-out. Therapy sessions are your time to re-evaluate your inner world. It is a space to help you connect with areas of yourself and your life that you don’t usually have time to explore, in a confidential and safe setting.
My name is Paula Louis-Fernand, I am a certified coach – therapist and I work by integrating coaching and therapy practice.
I provide face to face sessions carried out in a private consultation room designed for talking therapies, as well as carrying out 1:1 coaching and therapy sessions via telephone. I also facilitate well-being classes and group sessions to provide extra or alternative support. Initial 20 minute consultations are FREE, so please don’t hesitate to contact me. I work with holistic, person-centered and solution-focused approaches.
